My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were satisfactory but had some issues like the lack of windows and AC problems, so make sure to avoid those without windows. However, the amenities provided met our expectations in general. The service left a lot to be desired with inexperienced staff members who seemed clueless about customer service. On the bright side, the location was excellent with easy access to the city center and a vibrant surrounding. Dining options were limited and not well placed, which was disappointing. Overall, the value for money was questionable.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Kiev, near all the main attractions and conveniences. However, the constant noise from the adjacent nightclub made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Despite the friendly and helpful service, the music from the nearby disco made it challenging to rest, almost felt like I was part of their party all night long.
